Instant Delivery:
All digital products (eBooks, reports, courses, aura scans, etc.) are delivered via email within 2–24 hours of purchase.

Didn’t receive your file?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@astro-aura.com with your order number.

📬 2. Physical Products (Crystals, Journals, Cards, etc.)
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time & Carriers:
- India: 3–7 business days via Delhivery / DTDC / Bluedart
- International: 7–21 business days via India Post or DHL Express (depending on location)

Tracking Info:
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

🌍 3. Shipping Rates
India:
Flat ₹49 (Free shipping on orders above ₹999)

International:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value

📦 4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. Astro-Aura is not responsible for delays once an order leaves our facility.

Customs & Duties (for international buyers):
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

❌ Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Description of the issue

We’ll assist with a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
