Because our readings and consultations are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you believe there was an error in your report or your service was not delivered as described, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. 📬 Physical Products (if applicable)
If you offer crystals, journals, or any physical items:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
